Which is better? Canada? America?

I am thinking about returning to Canada though i dont want too because my family is in America but i want to go because my home life is c**p and i just need to get away. So should i leave or should i go?

I have travelled a lot in both countries and I would have to say life for the average citizen would seem better in Canada.  Canada does have some harsh Winters in some places on the downside.  America's economy also appears to be on the verge of collapse.  America might be better if you are very wealthy (which most of us are not).  Canada seems a lot fairer, more just place and doesn't have the grinding poverty so prevalent in the USA.  It also doesn't have the gun culture America has and so is safer.
