Which is better Evo 9 or Evo 10?

ok,,i know that evo 10 looks ugly,,,but when it comes to performance which is better?

Performance wise... the EVO X has a great ECU and the gear shifting technology is GREAT! But, the EVO IX has better overall response and acceleration and HP that would overtake the X quickly! And ofcourse... the IX looks like the street demon it is!

I think the EVO X grows on you, I don't think it looks that bad anymore but here are the facts between the two.

The Evo 9 has 286HP and does the 0-60 in 4.7 sec compared to the EVO 10 which has 295HP and does the 0-60 in 5.4 sec.  The quarter mile is also won by the Evo 9 at 13.4 sec to the 14.0 for the Evo 10.

Braking is better on the Evo 10 at 60-0 in 111 ft, two feet better than the 9.  The Evo 10 weighs 300 lbs more than the Evo 9 which is why the performance is a little slower than the lighter Evo9.  A good quote from Jan 2008 "Car & Driver" magazine spells it out for you. " Although the Evo X may be more proper & polished when it speaks to you, the Evo IX tells better stories".  Hope this helps.
