Which is better Food Lion or Harris Teeter (to buy meat)?

Question

I dont like walmart or the Commisary meat here in NC, so I am looking for a new place to buy meat. I wish they Had an HEB or Lowes here.. I ate at Lowes for the first time when i went to Amarillo & the meat was good. I had some really nasty beef( hamurger meat with arteries etc.) so I am scared to buy any, Most of the things I cook involve hamburger meat..

But I need to go shopping so Please help!! thanks/

I suggest that if you want to not have blood dont go to food lion. i work at a food lion and they are terrible at packaging it. not that it has anything to do with the quality
