You are out of time and off-pitch, and the ornamentation you are attempting is making both problems considerably worse.

The way to improve is through daily practice of fundamentals -- scales, pitch matching, and so forth -- and to buy a metronome and *use* it.  It might feel mechanical and wrong at first, but in the long run this is the only way you are going to develop your voice.
