I would say the first one.  Being longer, it shows off your singing better (which isn't bad!), & when talking, you came across as more confident (speaking clearly & boldly).  With the second,  you sounded a bit unsure in your introduction (I heard a few "Um's") & it was funny hearing you take a swig of water before-hand, followed by "Ah!"!  Lol  Kudos to you for singing & posting it for all to hear.
