Which is better McDonalds or In'N'Out??

Definitely In'N'Out. They use fresh ingredients and the food tastes better. Also, they pay their employees a decent wage and I like supporting companies that do so.

In n Out ...cuz tey use fresh stuff and the dont put salt on your fries such as mcdonadls.....it seems like they just pour salt on the friens and serve it to u,.....and there food it just better and appealing..not all sloppy in the bag

Fresh, lean ground beef.  Fresh condiments.  Frys cut and cooked "to order", real ice cream shakes no freezers or heat lamps anywhere, well paid staff that have been there for over 10 years.
