  1. Accounting by a long shot.  Being a paralegal is good but it really locks you in to one field.  Every field needs accountants, including law, in fact we pay our accountant a small fortune to do our books and then audit the trust accounts.  Especially in this tough economy job flexibility is at a premium.  Unless you have a real passion for the legal field I would pursue accounting.
