Which is better Pizza Hut of KFC?

im going boating on saturday with some family friends

and the friends are bringing pizza hut and kfc

but im starting a diet to lose 6lbs in 2-3 weeks

and i know both pizza hut and kfc has a lot of calories

but i cant just starv for the whole time im there

which one is better for me?

pizza hut or KFC?

and how many should i eat to still lose weight and keep control?

what should i eat before going boating or do?

  5. I see a lot of answers saying go for Pizza hut, but if I'm not mistaken, their pizza has trans fat and like 250 calories per slice. Where as KFC has had commercials where they brag their food has no trans fat. And you can pick the skin off the chicken and give it to your dog, or one of your other family members.

    KFC hands down.

  11. Most of these answers say Pizza Hut, but I'm going to have to say KFC. Pizza is very fattening. Go to KFC and try to order something without any breading. This makes it healthier and less calories. Then order some kind of vegetable, such as cole slaw. And then for your drink, choose water or something diet. Eat before you go.  Have a balanced meal... if you are going mid morning, have a nice breakfast, cereal, milk, fruit, etc.  Then right before you go have a low cal yogurt.  Then  take some veggies, enough for the whole gang.  The hostess will be glad that someone brought something and you can nibble on them all day.  Don't touch the pizza and do NOT touch the chicken.

    Drink water.  That diet soda isn't any good for you, so just drink water.

    When you get home have a big salad with some grilled chicken.  Have this in the refrig before you go, so you know it will be waiting for you when you return.

    Eat three decent meals a day, just don't eat as much. If you normally have a big bowl of cereal, just cut back, try measuring it out.  Don't skip any meal and DO NOT go out for fast food.  If your friends want you to join them, tell them you will just be having a salad... add grilled chicken or shrimp to  your salad and you will be filled up and smiling inside because you didn't fill up on the high calorie stuff.  Do not touch the bread and don''t drink any alcohol.  Beer and wine just sabotage your efforts.  

    Make a menu for the week.  Then buy your groceries for the week.  Need ideas for each meal... go to a "diet website" like weight watchers or ediet and put in daily menu... they have lots of great ideas.  One of the best things for you to do is to try and eat what you normally eat, just don't eat as much.

  18. I'd choose thin crust cheese pizza. A couple of slices shouldn't sabotage your diet. If you check their websites, both places probably offer nutritional info.
