Which is better Sirius radio or XM radio?

I want to buy a satellite radio for my husband's car...which is better and why?? I don't know too much about these things. Thanks.

I have XM and am going to get rid of it when subscription is up. They are supposedly merging with Sirius but hasn't happened yet . Wife and I are diasappointed with it

Both are about the same and soon to be merging. It all depends on what you like for programming choices. Sirius has Howard Stern but XM has Oprah. Like I said it all depends on what you like. I would recommend one of the newer radios that can get channels from both XM and Sirius. When the merge is complete you will be able to pick and choose a package of stations from both networks and only pick the stations you want. I have Sirius myself because I like their music channels better but the choice is yours! Hope I helped you at least a little.
