Which is better: The I Am Legend Book or Movie?

I kind of saw the movie, but without sound since I was waiting in Sams Club, but I want to read the book.

Is the book better then the movie?

And which adaptation?

The movie one or the original?

Keep in mind I am 16 and don't like old English. I like things that happen fast and aren't too boring.

i haven't read the book but the movie is great.

I've read the book, not the movie adaption of the book, but the original, and it is kind of slow.  It's not as action packed as the movie, and it is actually pretty different.  So, you'd probably like the movie better.
