cured back bacon, cured pea meal bacon, cured lion bacon, cured precooked bacon, cured precooked bacon bits or cured precooked bacon crumble?

Yes I know there is the uncured bacon however I'm asking about cured bacon, so what do you like?

Also, there's turkey bacon, chicken bacon and ham bacon so which of these three choices do you like?

  1. The cured pea meal is called Canadian Bacon, in the States.

    Over in England they like Danish bacon.

    Every cut has it's place & use.

    I currently choose chicken bacon, for dietary reasons.


  2. I like Soy Bacon...real bacon is disgusting....sorry.

  4. I'm a sucker for real bacon. But the canadian style is good next to eggs. If you are mixing it into a recipe, any kind would work fine.
