Which is better Wusthof Gourmet or Henckel's Signature Line?

Love to cook and spend oodles of time in the kitchen but know very little about (manufacture/quality of) knives.

Any recommendations? I am looking for a comprehensive block set.

I love henckel! They have a lifetime gaurentee. I broke one of mine once, so I sent it back and they replaced it!
