Which is better a ShelbyMustang or Hummer?

A hummer or a Shelby Mustang?

For my 16th b-day I'm getting one of these.

I wanted a hummer, but then I wanna think green too && I know they take lots of gas.

But they are soo sweet! =D

Then I wanted a Shelby they're hawt too.

So should I get "the gas guzzler car" or the fly sports car?!? =]

& why?

i think you should get the mustang i s an awesome car and the hummer will cost you soooo much in gas its crazy

and the mustang is better for the environment

Why the h**l would you recommend a 500hp car to a 16 year old? I think you should get a honda.

if i were i would pick the slelby mustang because it already comes with a supercharger and 500 hp what else do you want and it will be better than the humer cause of the gas the hummer goes 12 city and 16 highway and the mustang goes 16 city and 24 highway

The Shelby Mustang doesn't exactly sip gas either, although it beats out the hummer.

Have you ever considered a Saab 9-3 convertible/ Or a Mini/ Or a BMW 1-series or 3-series? Or a Nissan Altima coupe? Or a Nissan 350Z for that matter.

the funny thing here is that you want to be green but you are going to be picking between two gas guzzlers. and seeing as your just 16 i dont think that you should get a mustang, cuz you will kill your self. get a hummer they cant go that fast and if you hit into anything your will only kill the people in the other car.

The Shelby actually uses just as much gas as the Hummer.

Hummer is more reliable too.

They are about the same as far as gas. Since the Shelby is a sports car, it burns through the gas fast. I has a MPG rating of 14city / 20 hwy.

The Hummer H3 has a MPG rating of 14/ 18.

I prefer the Hummer, you can fit more people in it.

Why  not take your money and send it to a good charity,it would be a much better idea than buying either of those cars. To even think that there is someone out there that would consider buying a Hummer actually makes me sick. I guess you haven't heard that we have a problem in our world and that problems is that we are going through Oil at a rate that is much too fast.  People are selling their Hummers,they are embarrassed to be seen in one.  People wait for months to get a Prius as it saves gas.

As far as the Shelby, I can't in my right mind recommend a Ford product to anyone.  The Shelby's should be recalled, they are a road hazzard.  They don't hold to the road very well, especially in the rain, and you will have major trouble going around corners in the rain.  Unfoftunately they brought back a car with the name of one of the best cars ever made by Ford,but they didn''t bring back the stability of the original car.

Back to the drawing board and think of another car you really would like, one that is safe and one that isn't a gas hog.
