Which is better: a olympus fe320 or a canon powershot sd1000?

I have the SD1000 ($150 on black friday). I don't know anything about the FE320 but last thanksgiving the SD1000 was the top rated digital camera on cnet, and honestly I can

see why.

I also own a Nikon Coolpix S52 and the SD1000 blows it away.

The canon:

- extremely fast at getting ready and taking the picture when u press the button (which matters trust me...you start taking it for granted but when I use others' cameras now and it's sooo slow when they focus and actually press the button to take the picture, and you can definitely feel the difference/advantage)

- extremely user friendly

- picture quality is just amazing, best out of any camera i've ever used or seen friends use

- video+sound quality is amazing - doesn't feel like videos were taken by a digital camera of its size

- connected to a 1080p 61" tv and the quality was brilliant

I gotta emphasize the picture/video/sound quality this camera can record...it's simply amazing. It's small, compact, and honestly very satisfying.

When i got home and looked at all my videos all my friends and I were blown away at how the camera could record the sound especially that well - the bass we could literally feel in our chest.

Again, I have no clue about the FE320, but the SD1000 is very very nice.
