  1. snake (ball python or a corn snake)

but it is your opinum at the end of the day. whatever you think!!!

  2. SNAKE!!!!!!!!!! turtles you cant play with at all they just sit there. but snakes you can hold, scare your friends with, and their COOL!!!!!!

  3. Corn snakes are probably one of the easiest reptiles to keep.

Feed every 5 days for babies, every 7-10 days for adults.

And yes corns DO need heat, an under the tank heater with a thermostat, that keeps the warm side at about 85. But that is alot less work then a turt or a tort.

Good luck in whatever animal you choose. All I can say is be sure to do all the research you can on whatever you choose.

  4. turtles are cute.

  5. i prefer turtles..

they're fun to look, stay still and aren't dangerous.

I think if i had a snake in my house i'd constantly be afraid that in the middle of the night it would be:

    -  (if it's big) constricting me and i won't be able to breathe

    - (if it's small) inserted its fangs into me and i'm bleeding

... but that's just me with my imagination.

  6. A snake, the docile species are mor playful than a turtle, plus turtles often get thrown out when they grow up, they are only cute when theyre small

  7. Turtles. They don't slither.

  8. Snakes are more exciting than turtles, and the look a lot more cool.

  9. turtle

  10. Snake

  11. a snake is faster but you can throw a turtle farther!

  12. If you count desert tortoise they are better than snakes in my opinion.

  13. Most snakes are easier to care for. But I don't think one is 'better' than the other.

I have both...and a tortoise as well, and I enjoy them all.  The turtles and torts are more personable than most snakes I've had.

Depends on how much time, interest and money you have to spend on a pet.

If you are low on time, get a snake. If you don't have an outdoor place for a turtle, the tanks, lights, etc can get REAL pricey. A corn snake, for instance, only requires a secure tank or even a large storage container and some substrate and a water bowl, feed about once a week, No lights or heaters necessary, pretty low maintenance pet.

  14. Depends on how you prepare them.

Turtles are better in a stew and snakes are better roasted over an open fire.
