Which is better as a opulent magical restaurant,Pasha or Levant

It's my husband's 30th,and I was planning to surprise him with a meal at a lovely,magical,opulent middle eastern restaurant.Narrowed down on Pasha & Levant,but can't choose between them.I'm looking for luxurious settings,magical atmosphere,romantic seating with candle lights,heavy drapes,good food with veggie options and interesting drinks!,basically alice in wonderland kinda thing! which one of the two would you recommend,,and if there is any other place i should consider..thanks for all the help!!!

I'd go for Levant, though both are great venues with excellent food. Neither are cheap but they're perfect for a special occasion.

Levant's decor is really impressive - exotic fabrics, hundreds of candles, rose petals floating on scented water. Plus there's bellydancing and live music in the evenings, if you like that sort of thing.
