Which is better cash value or payment over 25 years?

Win you buy a lotto ticket which is better to chose the one payment cash value or the payment over 25 years

I would take the cash value,and not depend on the fact that they will be around to pay me for 25 years.  I hope you aren't staying up nights troubled over this decision.
