I've been to both the cities, and dehradun is clearly the winner in terms of women safety.

even in terms of job satisfaction, and job prospects, dehradun has much more potential than mathura.

dehradun is very safe i know.becuase its my home town and i also go to mathura .its clearly not safe for girl .in dehradun u can got a girl hostel eaisily which is situated in rajpur road dehradun .and other places.dehradun is very safe my friend .

Dehradun is definitely a better city than Mathura any day. Though neither of them is a good place for a career. I mean  there is nothing in these cities that could further one's job prospects. Where are the jobs in them cities ??
