Which is better corded phone or cordless phone?

A cordless phone is more convenient, but a corded phone is more dependable. Sometimes with a cordless one the connections can sort of come and go

In case of a power failure, or a call you do NOT want anyone to possibly listen to, a CORDED phone is always nice to have around. Corded phones work in a power failure, cordless do NOT!!
