Which is better for you: a diet dark soda, like Diet Pepsi or Diet Coke, or a regular clear soda, like 7-Up or Sierra Mist? I don't mean calorie-wise because that's obvious. It seems like fast food restaurants only offer a diet dark soda but it tends to upset my stomach. I find when I get the regular clear soda I don't have this problem. Is there a reason for this? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
