IIf your doing half of your bachelors in foriegn country there are lot of hidden fees, think why a country in abroad want to tie up with some privtae engg college in india, because they need money and getting a degree from low ranked univ is not recomended

Best do a B.Tech from a good premier institute in India and then go for MS abroad.Dont mix up stuff as early as B.Tech>

Some countrys dont accept b tech. It is better to reach master.
