  1. i think running because its cardio. so it would help keep your heart healthy and it would work your legs. biking isnt cardio and it just works your legs. both are a great source of excersise but i think running is a little better for the body!

  5. Personal preferences, but I prefer running. I know some like the bike because it's easier on the knees.

  6. i believe that if you run your body forces it self to work hard but, bicycling from the bikes momentum Will make your body comfortable

    to the rate and speed of your running so i say do both.

  8. Cycling mainly isolates you legs while running uses a broader range of muscles, so running will give a better aerobic workout.
