Which is better for biomass, hemp or switchgrass?

Switchgrass.  That way we don't confuse the feeble minded with questions of legality.

Its all good and even better is seaweed is even better than any land plants because seawed can be grown with much less effort. The entire energy needs of humans can be met by growing and processing biomass from seaweed at a very very low cost and doing so would benefit the enviroment more than anything now being done.
