Which is better for sports talk radio , sirius or xm?

they both ussually have the same channels.

but sirius has more channels for me

for sports talk it's pretty even, both have ESPN Radio, Fox Sports, etc. but XM has a baseball channel to go along with their MLB coverage, a hockey channel for their NHL coverage and an in house sports channel that focuses on college football and the golf and racing that XM covers. Sirius has dedicated channels for their NFL and NBA so sports talk is pretty even. The choice is what sports you follow, for college sports, baseball and hockey it's XM. for football and the NBA it's sirius
