I've used both, but was just curious if one is considered by many to be more healthy for turtles than the other.

  1. They are both pretty great, but Reptomin is legend, its one of the best pellet brands you can use! Wardley's is good too. I recomend you use both!!- Also turtles eat crickets, shrimp, krill, fish, mealworms, bloodworms, kale, romaine lettuce and mustard greens, so make sure he has a lot to choose from in his diet! Variety is key!- Also use a calcium supplement!

  2. Feeder fish! ;) I know, I used to think it was cruel too...BUT it's much healthier for them....I am guessing they are red eared sliders? I have 2 one of them is 21 (I've had her since I was 6) and I didn't feed her feeder fish until she was about 15...she is so much healthier now!!! But I do keep Reptomin on hand incase it takes a while between getting fish. (Which I only get her once a month)....I started feeding my little one (who is 2) fish when I thought they were small enough for her!

  3. turtle keepers favor reptomin better
