  1. soy milk is definitely better. It has more nutrients. Besides, too much dairy is not good for you. And, if you have to have milk, get 1% or non- fat...2% is nasty.

  3. I prefer Soy milk. Unlike cow's milk it has little saturated fat and no cholesterol, which many consider to be a benefit.

    Soy milk is promoted as a healthy alternative to cow's milk for reasons including a good source of lecithin and vitamin E, lacks casein(may also be a trigger of migraines and other types of headaches), it is safe for people with lactose intolerance or milk allergy, and it contains polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats which are good for the heart.

    Soy milk also contains isoflavones, organic chemicals that may possibly be beneficial to health.

    i would guess 2% because it has all the natural stuff that makes u healthy. and its not like its bad for you. isnt soy milk fake milk? then you dont get the natural nutrition from 2% milk right?

    milk makes ur bones strong and i drink lots of 2% milk daily and im pretty healthy, im not overweight, and ive never broken a bone in my life even though ive played softball, volleyball, and basketball very competitively for most of it and im 17. so id say 2% milk works like a charm ;)

    and tastes better too.

    the only time milk is kinda "unhealthy" is whole milk it just has more fat i think or something like that

  10. It's your choice. But soy milk is my choice, it is healthier and not from an animal that has been exposed to many diseases and human growth hormones. There are many varieties of soy milk, not all soy milk tastes the same, just find the best tasting one and go with it. My favorite is pearl soymilk, it tastes real good and makes me feel good :)
