Sweet tea would probably be better because coke has alot of acid in it. but neither are particularly good for you

Coca cola. Tea was mean't not have sugar in it. Once there is sugar in it, what's the point? Might as well have the soda.

Acid in Cola, so I'd have to go with sweet tea.  That said, too much sweet tea will make you fat!  Just get some unsweetened tea. That's best and tastes pretty good to me.
