    but the processed sugar is also very unhealthy

    i would rather risk the unhealthiness of diet soda over the unhealthiness of mass processed sugars.

  4. the thing is, when alot of people switch over from regular to diet they tend to eat more and therefore it becomes unhealthy.

    but if you keep your diet the same and just simply switch sodas, i'd say diet.

    artificial sweeteners, yeah.. but its not like the sugar in regular soda is good for you either.

    it helps if you're watching your calorie intake but you shoudn't have but maybe a soda a day, less if you can =/

  6. Regular. It's been proven that diet sodas increase the risk of obesity. Basically your body thinks it's getting calories from sugar, but when it doesn't get any, it makes you hungry, and you eat more.

    In reality, while regular sodas won't put you at as high a risk for obesity, neither type is good for you.

    Also artifical sweeteners cause cancer.
