Hiliary Duff. She seems more down to earth.   Lindsay is too wild.

Lindsay. She is a very excellent actress and is versatile, able to play many different roles.

Much more beautiful. May not be perfect but at least she doesn't come off as fake. Plus, I like her songs better because she has a unique voice and seems to try different sort of sounds.
