Which is better: ice skates or ice cream?

They're both great. I'll have to take the ice cream right now since I can't skate because of my injury otherwise I'd take the ice skates because I love skating!

ICE SKATES!

Ice skates help you stay in shape.

Ice cream does not.  

You take care of your ice skates, they can last a long time.

You eat your ice cream, it's gone.

An ice skating session can be a couple hours or more.

Ice cream wouldn't last long.  

Ice skating is a good mental and physical challenge.

Eating ice cream is too easy.  

You can show off and perform ice skating skills.

No one cares about anyone else's ice cream eating skills.  

Doing a quad in ice skates can be amazing.  

4 Scoops of ice cream is just 4 scoops of ice cream.  

Someone may want to buy your used ice skates.

No one wants to buy partially eaten ice cream.  

If you fall in ice skates, you get up and try again.

If your ice cream falls, you probably have to throw it away.  

You can leave your ice skates out (to a point).

But they won't melt and go bad like ice cream.  

Did you ever watch the movie "Castaway" with Tom Hanks?  He got stranded on a remote island with misc. Fed Ex packages . . . one was a pair of ice skates. http://graphics.jsonline.com/graphics/ow...  He used the blade to cut coconuts and spears - and even help knock out a bad tooth!!!  Ice cream certainly would not have been that useful.

Ice skates, healthy cardio.  Ice cream tastes good but will give you a heart attack if you indulge in it!.  Very unhealthy.  Plus, skates, you can be free and go fast,  Ice cream, just tastes good, that's it
