Which is better in Wisc. dells, Mt. Olympus theme park or Noah's ark?

Well, considering that Mt. Olympus is a Theme Park, and that Noah's Ark is a Water Park, I would say that neither one is better than the other.

You're trying to compare apples to oranges. The reason I say this is because, some people like theme parks, but not water parks, and visa versa, and some people like both.

Otherwise, they're both great Parks.
