Which is better in my yogurt store? A tip jar or a donation jar?

I would say a donation jar. People will think you are kind and giving, as if a tip jar people will think you are greedy sometimes. Help a cancer foundation, or a charity of your choice. I would.

A tip jar because its kind and it'll go for a good cause. just dont keep it for yourself, I hate it so much when people do that because you think your donating it to someone with cancer, when really its going to yourself. If you need the extra cash, then get the tip jar. If you dont, then put out a donation jar. As simple as that =)

If anything, a donation jar. Pick a great local charity or even a school.  People would be willing to give more I believe if they knew they would help out a local charity or school.

Tip jar, people might not feel that the workers did enough to earn a tip.

Neither!  Either pay your employees an appropriate salary or charge them in your prices!  Don't go hitting them up for something you as an owner won't pay!  We see right through it and it makes us mad!
