Which is better option for 5 yr exp : Banglore Techlead or Chennai Sr.Software engg?

I have to choose between 2 job offers; both are in very big MNCs. Help me decide before I accept one of them. I'm not bothered about the difference in pay between them. I'm from TN. Here are the pros and cons:

Bangalore company:

Gives me the much needed break into techleadership instead of only being a code monkey.

Well known for nightlife and pubs so it might help my dating life.

Has good percentage of Tamil population but I don't know the s*x ratio in it.

Chennai company:

Might be able to meet more Tamil girls. (Not that it is my preference but I have felt that many girls like to date guys of their own language so it might be wise to yield to that).

This company is in a shared building with other companies so I can try my luck with girls from other companies at the cafeteria (Sometimes it feels awkward to ask out a colleague).

Same code monkey job, no techleadership.

More work pressure compared to the Bangalore company.

Dude , seems you take chick-hunting more seriously then anything else. lolz .. In that case, I suggest , bang in Bangalore .. Girls are quite "open" compared to any d**n Indian city ..  Listen to me and move in to Bangalore.
