Im from Slovakia and they are pretty brutal but understanding.

Russia is pretty brutal to calm down riots fast

America doesn't use any force and trys to calm down protesters...

Well, it is usually best to try to calm protesters before having to resort to using force.  Personally, I sleep better when I have spent all day talking people down instead of having to fight someone.

everyone has they're bad days. What you didnt mention was NYPD raping a man in the butt with a plunger. or dragging a man with a rope from a moving police car, or unexplainable deaths while in custody. Or members of the LAPD stealing drugs from evidence or planned busts and selling them to other gangs.
