I would recommend applying concealer over the birthmark itself, and then applying foundation to the whole face, making sure to blend it into the concealer. This will give you a matte finish and hide the birthmark on your face. You can also finish off with a powder to set the concealer and foundation. Hope this helped!

actually you should use both! Use the concealer then the foundation to make it look more natural and you twice the coverage! It wont clog pores if your using a good brand!

There is a product on the market - I think it's called something like cover-mark, which is an excellent concealer.  Otherwise, I'd use a concealer then foundation then powder.  Use light coats for a natural look.

Concealer typically works best for covering spots.  Set with a translucent powder for lasting coverage.

I would go with neither. There's a makeup product out there call Sheercover, this is what I would recommend. There are other mineral based make-ups on the market, but I use this to cover a huge scar on the side of my face. It's a little finicky to use, and it takes practise to blend properly, but I have never found anything better for covering more than just pimples.

if you can get a concealer in your colour is better because IT REALLY WILL COVER IT but ull have to put up the heaviness off it on your skin its best to either find a good covering foundation OR use a a light layer of concealer covered with a light layer of foundation esp if the concealer just isnt natural enough hope this helps
