  1. go to worldshealthiestfood.com~~They have all the answers for foods and diets and nutrition!

  2. Sounds like you're trying to get sick.

Are you trying to get out of going to school?

Maybe you shouldn't be so concerned with being exactly like your friends. You're 16, you should be able to have your own identity.

  3. I will say moderation in all things including the diet. What you are eating is good, there are some nutrients missing that you really need.

Make sure you remember your dairy, and a little more carbs. If not, it could back fire on you.

Going by weight is not always the true indicator of health. You could have more muscle than your friends, or your friends could be stretching the truth.

    Be healthy.

  4. you need both to have a balanced diet.

  5. vegetables are better.

  6. well veggies usually have less calories and don't have sugar in them, and fruits do have sugar.

  7. i don't get why everyone wants to starve themselves too lose weight.

why don't you excerise some? try to cut your calorie intake down to 1200 at the very lowest. dont starve yourself then once your week is done with you'll just gain all the weight back.

you need variety, eat lots of veggies and fruits, not just one, and cut out all sugary drinks and junk food. add some grains in their too. dont drink anything but water.

try to run 2-3 miles a day.

just cause your friends are skinnier than you doesnt mean you arent healthy, they might have just been built different and you might have more muscle mass.

if you really want to lose weight do it right, its your body don't treat it like c**p. eat healthy and excerise dont starve it.

  8. You need a balanced diet, including BOTH fruits & veggies. But you also need protein (ie: legumes, whole grains, etc.)

You will lose weight by eating these and cutting out meat & dairy (but replacing them with things rich in protein & calcium), excercise will speed along weight loss

Also, .... you really dont need to lose weight...I know you dont wanna hear it, but you are a healthy, normal size at 20.9 BMI

  9. vegetables are better because they have more nutrition and less sugar than fruit.

  10. I'm surprised that you are becoming a vegetarian to lose weight girlie.  As if meat makes you fat.  I hope you've got some exercise in there some where.  I'd have to say vegetables are best simply because there are a wider variety of Vegetables that all do different things.  They give energy, fill you up, and help you p**p.  Plus you could make a meal out of them.  Fruits are good but you can't 'live' off of fruits.  You can't live off of vegetables either.  Your bones and hair will suffer.  I think you answered my question on starting out as a vegetarian.  You've earned 10 points my friend.

Here's a tip:  Don't be afraid of Vitamin stores.  Fruits and Vegetables alone don't give the human body everything it needs.  So supplement them with tablets designed to give you the daily recommended amount of this and that :).

  11. umm, you need to eat some bread or something

at least have a piece of toasted whole wheat bread with your salads

you will pass out if you don't

also, your age (at 16) doesn't affect how much you weigh, your friends probably haven't gone through puberty yet and don't have thighs and hips and b***s, or they're shorter than you

just exercise and tone up, go on walks/jogs and do sit-ups

your height and weight sounds healthy though

  12. cut out the crisp noodles (just fried up refined flour) and the dried pineapples (high in sugar)

Throw in some fruits as a snack twice a day.

Add some other veggies like broccoli  and zucchini.

Some raw veggies with hummus would be a good idea too.

  13. That Is WAAAAY to skinny. Guess what? I'm 13 and I weight 105 lbs!!!! You don't need to loose weight. Your friend probably has anorexia or something!
