Which is better to finalise my bachalor degree or leave for the sake of job?

I am working in china, exporting in a company for several months. My manager who is relative knows how much I need this job to keep alive as a poor young man. to get the bachalor I need to go back my country for exams, hte manager give two choices. the first is to stay in china or go back to my country for exam and never comeback. I have two difficult choices. I don't know what could I do.

A degree is forever. This job may not be there next year. Finish your degree, other jobs will come along. College grads make about 10,000-20,000 more per year than highschool only grads.

Never give in to ultimatums, That is what your boss is presenting to you.My advice to you would be, go and get your degree. When you have that , you can return to China and there will be more companies than you can count ready to offer you a job. Think about it, an English speaking Chinese with a degree, you will be priceless to them. Your relative is just taking advantage of your language skills. If he was smart he would be sending you to school and picking up the tuition fees. At the moment all you have is a "job" with a degree you will have a future. Get the degree and good luck.
