Which is better to go on a vacation? Sailing in the British Virgin Islands or Aruba?

The British Virgin Islands are gorgeous. My pick would be sailing the BVI.

Don't even think about it and just go the BVI. I lived on Aruba and now live in USVI and anyday BVI is more prettier then aruba. Aruba is flact and cactusy and BVI is so pretty and hilly lush green. Either one you choose enjoy your vacation.

the BVI is your answer.  The area is full of many, many islands that you can stop at and you dont have to sail for very long to reach them.  you can sail between the US virgins and the BVIs with ease and stop at any beautiful beach you want to.  That would be my pick for you.  A few years ago we rented a sailboat and captain for the week.  We got on in St John and there were 6 of us.  this was one of the best times of our lives!
