Which is better to stay out the vallarta palace or dreams vallarta?

planning a vacation to puerto vallarta, looking for an all inclusive resort, can not decide between this two

I will go for the Dreams Vallarta is on like a little bay with a very nice beach and is near down town.

is a very clean hotel and the service is great.

I used a travel agent to book by trip to PV. They said they had visited several resorts and highly recommended both Vallarta Palace and Dreams.  Based on researching several reviews online and viewing online pictures, my husband I both agreed on Dreams. Plus Dreams is super close to town and seemed to have better restaurants. We will be staying at Dreams the last week of May.

The beach at the Sheraton is not nice at all.  I will go for Dreams Hotel.  It used to be the Camino Real Hotel.  It is located on Las Estacas Beach, considered one of the best and necest beaches in the south area of Vallarta.  The hotel is beautiful and excelent service.  Best luck.
