Which is better to work at wendy's or mcdonalds?

Wendy's is closer but I think Mcdonald's is always hiring (it's at what seems a more major intersection but there is also a huge road connected to where wendy's is so..can't really go wrong just wondering. Any one worked at either or known some one to have and what your experiences were..thanks!

I was a assistant manager at McD's and the store I was in was a good place to work.

It actually does not depend on the company but the store and the management.

Go to each order some food and eat it slowly while sitting at a table that lets you view the store.

Watch, you mind will be made up for you.

wendy's because youll get more customers around latley because its really hot and tastes better im not forcing you just u choose wat eva people would buy ice cream more if u think about it because macdonalds is to fattening to eat all the time

Go for mcdonalds they get mor business you may get higher pay.

If your planning on staying with this job or industry for awhile, I would choice McDonald's. The reason for this is they have more training for their employees, better advancement opportunities and more locations in case you may want to relocate someday to anywhere in the US or world. If you ever desire other options in the food service industry, the McDonald's training programs are respected by all food industry employers.
