The UFC is all about MMA(mixed martial arts), guys who work their hearts out at multiple disciplines (Muay Thai, BJJ, Wrestling and Boxing to name a few).  Those who excel get to fight in the UFC, WEC or the IFL.  I know one former collegiate wrestler who fights in the IFL now, he is good and trains very hard, something he is used to from his years wrestling.

Bruce Lee was one of the original MMA guys, who knows how he would do.  The world of MMA is really pretty open.  Chuck Lidell is a Kempo guy and a former wrestler.  Jeet Kun Do took from many different arts.  Bruce Lee was originally trained in Wing Chun kung fu.

I have seen Chuck Norris throw kicks that would get him grounded in an MMA tournament.  Chuck's base art was Tang Soo Do, similar to Tae Kwon Do. TKD guys do poorly in MMA, the high kicks can be dangerous for the guy throwing them.

I personally think that Bruce might have fared better as he was constantly adapting to new challenges, as he wrote in "the Tao of Jeet Kun Do".  Would Bruce get past a GSP or Matt Hughes or Uriah Faber(more his size), I don't know.

well to start UFC ultimate fighting championship is a promotion within the sport of MMA mixed martial arts there for its the same thing

and bruce lee and chuck norris could have done well really bruce lee was the first person to really mixed different style in the USA and chuck norris is a great striker and can knock you out from several different positions he was a kick boxing champion he would have to work on a groud game

I think that both UFC and MMA are some what on the same level  but I also feel that MMA needs to cut back on all of the Hollywood stuff!!!!....As far as Chuck Norris vs Bruce Lee goes, well if Bruce was alive, and they both were in their prime,It would have had to be the fight of the century!!!...Hands down to Mr. Lee!!!!!....Chuck wouldn't be able to beat the master of his own game!!

UFC is a MMA organization...MMA is mixed martial arts, there are many organizations that offer MMA fights...so I'm not really sure what you are asking.

if bruce lee had concentrated on fighting rather than turning to the career he did, he could have been a great fighter.  Same with chuck norris.

Bruce would be a top five fighter if he continued his training. He was already a legend at a young age.
