scizor is slow so you should give it a quick claw just in case instead of double team teach scizor substitute he's slow but powerful

yanmega is faster than scizor but weaker

it depends what you want fast or strong

but i would ditch both of them for ninjask super fast and when he learns sword dance and substitute  he's more deadly

yes scizor is powerful but yanmega is strong ... yanmega has more stats then scizor but scizor has 1 weakness and yanmega has 5! weakness

so scizor is better.
