birmingham is the second city, true, but it has the bigger heart, the bigger smile and more fun stuff to do that doesn't include congestion charges, public transport and lots of arsy cockneys pretending to be hard while sucking on some dead shell fish and eels (which we have to admit is pretty d**n daft seeing as how far they are from the sea).
