psychologically, most people will automatically think blue. i also tend to think blue is cooler, but then the word cool is so multi-faceted and complex and diverse that it is nearly impossible to simplify into a question of an either/or which is which question such as the one you asked. without further clarification, it is nearly impossible to tell what you are referring to.
