Which is easier to immigrate to NZ or Australia?

i really want to move to Oz as i have a brother and niece out there but as you can imagine its hard to get a permenant visa and the more i read the harder it seems. i would love to live in either NZ or Oz and i was wondering if one is easier to get into that another? and if anyone knows of any jobseeking sites for either. thanks

I think NZ is easier since I know a lot of people coming here to get residency and then move to Oz.
