A back handspring or a back flip? Without a gym.

  1. Either way, you're more likely to seriously injure yourself without a spotter. Back handspring is always learned before back tuck (gymnastics term for flip). Go to a tumbling class and they'll teach you the proper way to do both of those.

  2. If you mean back flip as in a back bend, then that is easier to learn. But, if you are referring to a back flip as in a no handed backhand spring, such as a back tuck, then a backhand spring is much easier than a back tuck alone!!!
