  2. You're question needs revising.  5 MB = 5 Megabytes which is a measure of capacity.  364 kbps = 365 kilobits per second which is a measure of data transfer.  It's like asking which is faster, 60MPH or 12 inches.  If you mean 5 Mbps, then 5Mbps would be faster.

    If you are talking about 5 Mbps, then I have to ask is it B or b? Makes a huge difference... B is byte, b is bit (1 byte = 8 bits).
