SNL. The comedy is much more mature and genuine. I mean, they put the entire show together in a week. It is genius! Mad TV on the other hand is much more scripted and not done live. Some of the best moments on SNL are the ones where the actors in the scene cannot hold in their laughter.

Washing the dishes is funnier than either of those shows.

Changing a baby's diaper is funnier than either of those shows.

Massaging the feet of your grandmother who has corns and boils galore is funnier than either of those shows.

the both have their good and bad but Mad Tv because of all the funny stuff Bobby Lee does plus no one can stop the "Stewwwarttt!!" skit its just too funny.

I personally LOVE SNL so much more than Mad TV.  But I also like MAD TV.  A lot of big stars came off of SNL.  Its really preference.

SNL isn't as good as it used to be, I think Mad TV is better now. Bobby Lee cracks me up :)

SNL is hands-down better.  It's smarter, more topical and more creative.   Come on, the Chris Farley Chippendales sketch?  The Cowbell sketch?  James Brown Celebrity Hot Tub Party?  Unfrozen Caveman Lawyer?  Wayne's World?  Samurai anything?  

Big kudos to Mad TV though for the "Raging Rudolph" parody the did several years ago.
