Which is good university for BA Ignou or DU.?

Which University is good for BA. IGNOU or DU. Is any avg student who is working, can pass out from ignou easily, I heard that ignou’s marking system is very tough. They didn’t give good marks. Is that right.

Is BA in Pub. Administration is good through IGNOU. Plz reply me soon.

du is bestt university for diong B A. but as u mention for those people who wants to complete their B A while they working IGNOU is best. marking is not very hard in it.
