Which is harder? Physics or Biology?

Question

I'm planning on majoring in law or business marketing so I'm thinking of changing Biology to Physics for my senior year.

I know Biology has a lot of writing and homework but I would like to stay active in my clubs and work part time.

I'm an AP Student.

ap physics! i thought everyone knew that!

i took ap bio this year as a sophomore and it was quite a workload. but i love bio so it was all good (until i had to start preparing for the ap tests hard core)

i didn't think ap biology was necessarily easy. but it was quite doable

on the other hand, i took plain chem and i didn't understand a THING

so that's the type of person i am. it might vary for you

It depends on what you find hard.  Biology requires a lot of memorization.  Physics requires a lot of understanding the concepts and working out the math - mostly algebra and some geometry at the high school level.  I liked math, so physics was better for me, especially since I hated cramming and that's what biology was all about.

depends on ur mental strengths and weaknesses,

physics i tink it more of a mathematical concept which can be easily linked together if u can "see" it, while biology is hard memorization =D

As I usually think of it...

Biology = mesmerization

Chemistry = experimentation

Physics = math-imetation.

It just depends what your strengths are. If you're about even, I'd go with Biology since the Physics AP test is considered harder by a lot of AP students. It also helps to get to know the teachers, talk to friends who had the teachers in previous years and see how they taught and such.

Just remember you're going to end up taking all 3 sciences at least in college, so you might just want to think which study you'd prefer taking in a college setting and what you'd like to take in high school.

For me biology was much more easier because i don't like math.

I think it depends on the person. Physics requires a lot of math especially trig. If you are good with math and you easily memorize things then choose Physics.

I find Biology easier but I like this subject and it comes easy to me.
